Business Performance Consulting - Practice Leader

Over the past 10 years, Dan has fulfilled operations, general management and consulting roles where most of his responsibilities were focused on effective change management, business performance and team building. His areas of expertise include performance consulting, change management, strategic planning, quality assurance and general management in manufacturing, training and customer service industries.

Dan has managed several complex Protegra projects and led various change management and process improvement projects for clients such as Assante Asset Management, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Kleysen Transportation Solutions, Health Canada and Government of Manitoba. Dan also consults with our clients on matters of process improvement, change management and performance management. He has been the driver behind Protegra's Value Management System, Lifecycle TM and "Lean" development processes.

Dan is very much a people person who demonstrates a constant concern for Protegra's employees and a total commitment to the development of high performance teams. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration; he is a trained Performance Consultant and certified in Juran's Leading Quality Design Teams.

His three passions include his family, continuous improvement (things can always get better) and playing guitar.
