Optimizing Employee Retention for Non-profits
Winnipeg, Canada – Protegra, in partnership with the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce,
will be leading a session on optimizing employee retention for non-profit organizations.
This breakfast event will be held on Thursday, May 21 at the Norwood Hotel. Registration
begins at 7:30 a.m. and the breakfast will run to 9:00 a.m.
The session is for executives, supervisors and team leaders interested in achieving
high levels of employee engagement and retention through the application of innovative
and engaging people practices and processes. The presentation will also interest
employees, at all levels, interested in understanding how they can contribute to
producing a high performance, high engagement organizational culture. Dan Perron,
Protegra’s Business Performance Consulting Practice Leader, will present.
